Participation in the conference is mandatory for doctoral students of all years at the Faculty of Economics and Management, both in full-time and combined forms of study. More information can be found in the About the Conference section.
The conference is held in the form of expert round tables, whose aim is to foster open and constructive discussion on research questions, methodology, and the results of doctoral theses. The official languages of the conference are Czech and English.
Important dates:
- April 2026 – launch of the editorial system and registration
- May 31, 2026 – deadline for paper submission and for any apologies for non-attendance
- July 31, 2026 – deadline for completing article reviews
- September 17, 2026 – conference date
Non-attendance is permitted only for serious reasons (e.g. study abroad, illness). An apology for non-attendance must be submitted in writing by email to the Department for Science, Research and Quality at bartonovak@pef.czu.cz no later than May 31, 2026.
